Eric Holder vs the People of Arizona

Our good friend, Mr. Attorney General Holder, is not much of an Attorney General, not much of a protector of the Constitution, and basically, not much of an American.

The Federal Government has failed in it's Constitutionally mandated tasks of establishing Justice; ensuring domestic Tranquility; providing for the common defense; promoting the general Welfare; and securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. They have failed to punish offences against the law of Nations; they have failed to ensure that the citizens of one state enjoy the same privileges and immunities of the citizens of the several states. They have failed to protect us from invasions. Each and every elected official and Cabinet Officer currently serving the United States is guilty of failing to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, as they took an oath to do when they were sworn into office.

The United States of America is not securing our borders or enforcing our immigration laws. When the State of Arizona passed a bill (which I've read, even if Mr. Holder hasn't) mirroring the Federal Statute, what was the President's and his Attorney General's answer - they sued the State of Arizona.

As I mentioned in my previous article, the President and his illustrious Secretary of State have apparently set up a state government to be investigated by the United Nations.

Next, our illustrious Attorney-General has filed suit against a Phoenix college for failing to hire 250 non-citizen job applicants. I though the President was trying to save American jobs or to create jobs for unemployed citizens? So, they sue a state government agency for not hiring non-citizens over citizens.

Finally, our less than common sense loaded Attorney General has filed suit against the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, the Sheriff personally, and the County of Maricopa for "racial profiling" and requiring that only English be spoken in the Maricopa County jail. Second things first, requiring inmates in the county to jail to learn and speak English is a good thing, not a crime. It helps the inmate by making him or her multi-lingual, allowing them to fit more easily into the United States culture, and to find employment. As for Racial Profiling, I don't believe he's doing that. You see Mexican is not a race, it's a nationality. There are only three races; Caucasoid, Mongoloid, and Negroid. Mexican Indians are Mongoloids, Spanish Mexicans are Caucasoids. Now by "racially profiling" either Mongoloids or Caucasoids, then he would be arresting American Indians, WASPs, Chinese, Japanese, and Filippinos as well. Instead, he's concentrating on illegal immigrants. In 2005, Arizona's population was about 2.8 million people, of which 1.7 million were Hispanic. In 2006, Arizona had an estimated 500,000 illegal immigrants.
(Sources: U.S. Census Bureau, 2005 American Community Survey; ePodunk and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illegal_immigration_to_the_United_States) Depending on how you count the illegals, as part of the 2.8 million people or seperately, illegals make up between 15 and 18% of the population of Arizona. It's a little difficult for any AZ law enforcement officer to not arrest Hispanics when they make up 67% of the state population, including illegals. Of course Mr. Holder believes that if you are looking for drug smugglers and criminals from Mexico you should divide your time equally between each of the races. That means the 80 year old retired man of British descent should be targetted equally with the 25 year old Mexican man carrying an AK-47!!

Get real Washington. According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform, half of all illegal border crossings into the United States occur in Arizona; DHS reports that between 1999 and 2008 they apprehended an average of 1,375 illegal aliens per day attempting to cross into Arizona. They have no idea how many actually got through. Continuing on FAIR states that illegals make up 10% of the Arizona work force, while the state's unemployment rate is 9.6%; 37% of the uninsured people in the state are illegals; education, healthcare, and incarceration of illegals costs AZ over $2 billion per year. Phoenix ranks second, behind Mexico City, in kidnappings, worldwide, with over 300 kidnappings in 2009. The Phoenix PD estimates that another 600 go unreported due to death threats. In 2007, 11% of those in AZ jails were Mexican Nationals, 95% of those were ICE detainees. Drug cases in AZ are so rampant that Federal Prosecutors won't prosecute a case if less than 500 pounds of marijuana's involved - they don't have the time or manpower! But, they seem to have the time and manpower to sue state and local governments who are doing the job the Feds won't do. In Maricopa County, 22% of all illegal aliens arrested and charged in 2007 were convicted of felonies; 10.6% of those convicted for murder or manslaughter were illegal aliens; and illegal aliens were found to be responsible for over 16% of the violent crime in the county. So, based on all that, let's sue Sheriff Joe for racial profiling!!!   (http://www.fairus.org/site/DocServer/arizona_fact_sheet.pdf?docID=4841)

I have to side with Sidney Hill in Alaska. It's time to impeach Mr. Obama, also Mr. Biden, Mr. Holder, Mr Reid and Mrs Pelosi. If you don't know who Sidney Hill is may I refer you to
